This is an interesting video, but it doesn't really make sense to build a new house when your actual house is a few doors down.

I gave up on nice settlements it would be nice if the npcs were programmed to say a nice thing ya built but all they say is my fingernails are clean lol so slap some water beds defense food and be done lol

Very nice build sir! I can't even put another item down in Sanctuary as it is a larger, and way better city then Diamond City, and one more item slows fps dramatically lol 😃. But I am looking at creating a load of labs, robotic shops, farms and military instalations at the rest of my settlements now, but a player retirement home is always needed. This built at the light house, with a daytime diner, a coffee shop/donut franchise next door...with naturally hovering death machines as guards is what Im thinking now 😂

I’ve only just started playing. I’m so glad you changed the direction of those floorboard. What kind of monster doesn’t line up the floorboards correctly. Turns out: lots of UA-camrs, that’s who. 😅

The pillar glitch is a STAPLE of building on ps4 where we have no place anywhere mods

Honestly, I think the second floor in the new house is a bit busy. Other than that, this gave me some great ideas to work with.

Good to see you back You were one of the 1st I subscribed to when fallout 4 first came out and it is good to revisit. I learned fairly recently that you can use the camp fire on the foundation to sink the pillar into the foundation while using the pillar glitch

for me the best building mods are the ones that let me scrap everything....its not realist to have a settlement filled with piles of rubbish

man I remember figuring out so many of these things on my own way back in the day, seeing this brings back fond memories of hours of suffering as I tried to build large intricate settlements.
